though I would pass this on to you. The research from market analysists
(the ones which I trust anyway) seem to indicate continued growth
for the next couple of years still. It will not be at the frantic
pace of the previous year or two, but it will still be solid.
The prices may seem "high" at the moment, but a quick
glance at Sydney and Melbourne keeps this thinking in check -
we have just been in catchup mode. So, those who continue to invest
in real estate should expect good gains over the next couple of
years.
