! Hope you have had a great week ? Well , yes we had a good one
, at "the office" this week - busy as per usual. There
have been of changes as per usual in the Real Estate Industry.
( I'm sure we kill hundreds of trees every day just to do the
"prescribed" paperwork.) The latest which I will touch
on in the new privacy laws, which basically forbid us from telling
anything to anybody about anyone else. An example is sales prices.
We are unable to pass on exact sales data until the sale
settles and becomes public knowledge (unless it is an under the
hammer Auction sale). Until the property settles, I can only give
a range or approximate indication of sale value.

The
Molly Adventures
- Wednesday is Molly's library day. Now Molly is 5, and is just
beginning to figure out letters and sounds and some basic words.
So when we are reading a short story together, sometimes this
becomes a mammoth task, as she recognizes some words, or tries
to "sound them out". Its fun to watch her learn, knowing
one day she will be able to do it on her own. Of course Molly
can spell and write her name now ( there many practices while
we were on our 'round Australia trip) as well as Peter, Mum, and
a few others. As we were driving on the freeway tonight on the
way to ten
pin bowling "Dad, what does e-x-i-t spell?" Exit.
"Oh. Exit. Well what does t-i-e-x-e-t spell ?"
What ? (Thinking...?!?) Where did you see that Molly? "I
just made it up...." :-)
