The
Molly Adventures
- The weeks are starting to blur together again. (I have to remember
to be a "Good Dad" , for my only childs sake.) This
Sunday we went to a new
park, advertised in the recent "Ferreting around Brisbane"
Brochure. Molly and I are, of course, experts at Sunday parking,
but this park was a new one for us. Molly loved the light aircraft
zooming overhead every 10-15 minutes to the nearby airport as
we played. The park was themed in aircraft style play equipment
including planes and helicopters. There was a great flying fox
too, as well as waterplay, sandpit and more. The hours flew by
and all the kids there didn't want to go home. We ended up going
and we then stopped in at Maccas for an ice cream treat. We were
eating ice creams and watching the footy game on the big screen
there, and Molly said "Dad, I want the yellow and red
team to win" I asked if she knew who they were, and Molly
answered matter of factly " Yes Dad, its the Bonkos...."
