The
Molly Adventures
- Another long weekend,so a great weekend for Molly - 2 whole
days of fun and adventure with her Dad. Sunday we met friends
in the park at Wynnum, walked the markets, cooked a BBQ. The kids
played footy in the parkand made new friends. Awesome. After we
watched the boats pull into the harbour while Molly and her friend
Charlie played with crabs in the rocks. Monday we started clearing
a special garden patch with Molly, so she can grow her own plants
(veges). The fire Brigade visited Molly's school this week and
she learnt all about fire. "Get down low and GO,GO, GO!"
(if you are in a fire) and "Stop, drop, and roll!" (if
you are ON fire!) Hopefully Molly will never have to use these
"lines" - the firies did a great job of drumming the
words into the kids. Molly also got the hold the hose while it
was going, and got to go on the fire truck. Molly knows how to
dial 000, and she know what an emergency is. She is learing so
much, I have to keep check, as she continually surprises me!
