Dear Customer
How has your week been? Is has been hectic as usual here. Last night we had our Annual RE/MAX Awards Celebration at the Sheraton. Well it was another beauty! The RE/MAX numbers around the country are growing every year and the ballroom was fuller than ever. Our office collectively and also individually scooped quite a few awards, including Number One Marketing Office for RE/MAX In Australia. We are so very proud of this achievement, to be the best Office in the RE/MAX group. For this our office collected personalized number plates bearing RMX-00, so when you see this on my car, you know what it's for. I personally collected The 100% Club Award. The plaque says "Based on commissions earned in a single year, membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club is awarded only to a select Group of High-producing RE/MAX Sales Associates. We congratulate you and thank you........" Etc. Its really great to get some recognition for the hard work and long hours.
Simone said to me the other day, "Did you email everyone about our "adventure" on Australia day?" Well, I must admit I was sooo tired last week that I forgot to write about it. The day itself was great - mixing it out on the bay with all the boaties. We were on a friends new 42 foot motor yacht. We anchored at Horseshoe Bay at Peel Island took the tender to shore and went swimming, picnicing etc. Well the Skipper must have anchored in just the wrong spot, because when we got back on board the tide had gone out and the keel had struck ground! He was very embarrassed! We were going to sail back to the pier at Straddie to meet the Straddie Flyer to get back home. As it turned out, we had to take a tinnie out and meet the Straddie flyer just off Peel Island. So we transferred from a tiny tinnie to a fairly large boat mid-ocean so to speak. Poor Simone was not happy - she wanted steps and no bobbing up and down (she doesn't like boats at the best of times) Molly on the other hand loved it and though it was fun! We transferred successfully and by coincidence met the hubby of a fellow RE/MAX associate who had gone fishing for the day. It was a great day and we can't wait to do it again.
If you saw last week the New Yorker apartment I had was under contract. Well, it fell over because the buyers could not get the finance. They thought they would have no problems - good jobs, some equity etc. They overstepped the mark because they didn't get their finance sorted first - I think in the end they were actually quite embarrassed. Have you got your finance sorted out for your next purchase? It certainly pays to talk to the right people. I've looked into it - you can actually save thousands of dollars with the right loan product. When you visit one lending institution they naturally will try to sell you into their product as they have nothing else to offer. As a service to you, I have sourced and now recommend a broker who will find you the best loan arrangement to suit your needs from a large variety of banks and lending institutions. Best thing is that there is no fee for this service - it's free. Ralph from Tristar Financial Services is the person who can service your homeloan needs - you can email here and Ralph will contact you. Or just give me a call if you would like more info.
