I am
exhausted ! Here I am again though , getting the listings out
to you :-) I will not fail to deliver, unless I am on holidays
or in hospital (Gotta get that laptop, huh ?) Today I listed 2
properties, sold another and , delivered my "speech"
on technology to approx 80 of the top Brisbane Real Estate people
at the Real
Estate Institute Of Queensland . There were a few familiar
faces amongst the crowd, plus the support of my office - thanks
guys. Speaking
was a bit nerve racking, especially in front of people mainly
I didn't know, but I made it through ok. Interestingly enough
, people waited at the end and came and asked me lots of questions,
and even got a few "thank you's" and some "You
did a great job". Someone even left a nice note under my
windscreen wiper! Thanks Rob. The great comments made me feel
like I really shared something that people appreciated, so I would
again get out of my comfort zone and do another presentation if
asked to do so.

The
Molly Adventures
-What a week ! Molly turned 4 years old yesterday ! Wow! How the
time has flown, and how she's grown. Unbelievable. KIds area a
great measure of time. We feel the same, but we can see
the time in our kids. We had a great birthday party on Sunday.
We had to revert to plan "B" because of the weather,
and our double garage again served as a great "party room",
instead of Sherwood Forest Park as planned. Simone made a Mixy
cake, and also made a (I still don't know how to spell this)
pinyada.
The kids had a BALL whacking into that. ! Presents, friends, cake,
lollies , pass the parcel, musical chairs, dancing, face painting,
etc etc. The
kids had fun and all slept well that night - it was a bit
taxing on the adults even.
