How was your Easter ? Great I hope. Did you get away somewhere? Lucky you, if you did. We are back into full swing again and well, actually, we are searching for more stock to sell. If you know of anyone we can help out, please let me know.

I know its a little frustrating at the moment for buyers, with the prices rising, but hey! That's Real Estate! Back in the 1970's you could buy a house for $20-30 thousand dollars. In the eighties, prices were around $40-50k. In the nineties ( when I started real estate) you could get a house for $100-120k. Now ( are we in the naughties?) houses start at $200-250k. Imagine 10 years from now when they may be worth $500k, or better yet, what about 20 years when they may be worth around $ 1 million? Should we even think about 30 years? We will all look back and laugh at how "cheap" property was to buy in 2002 :-)

The Molly Adventures - Easter. The times ( along with Christmas and birthdays) that childhood memories are made of. Chocolates for breakfast? I mean when else does anyone get to do that? Molly got her fair share of chocolates eggs, a had a smile a mile wide. 4 WHOLE DAYS and Molly got to play heaps with her Dad. We played play dough for hours, pooh bear cards (snap), the fishing game, did paintings (then also glued stuff on the paintings), colouring in, jigsaw puzzles, the potato head game, played doctors with the dollies, Mollys fav online stories and the list goes on and on and on. We had visitors and also did some visiting ourselves. Also, naturally, we had to visit several parks over the weekend for more playtimes. I asked Molly tonight if she knew what I did for work? She said "You work in the office and the study and RE/MAX". I asked "what does Daddy do at RE/MAX?" and Molly says "You get balloons and eat chips!" :-)
