The market is still improving and demand is still high at the moment. Its becoming more of a sellers market, so if you have a property you want to sell, be sure to contact me for advice. Once again this week there were sales with multiple offers on properties which were listed for less than a week, and sale was resultant from the the buyers reading this email.

Ralph helped a customer of mine save alot of money this week. The buyers were sure they had the best possible rate around and though it was a deal that couldn't be beaten.
