Sometimes I feel like maybe I can make just a little difference for some people out there. The simple act of updating you with this email , I know, makes a difference for many people. I hear that most people (as buyers) are lucky to hear back from agents at all ! Sometimes, its helping someone come to grips with buying their first property, or first investment. One of the most satisfying things for me is selling a property for someone who has bought through me, and who has then made a tidy profit. Helping people to become more financially secure is a great feeling.

Next week, 6th March, I have been asked by Real Estate Institute Of Queensland to speak to my real estate peers regarding technology and the use thereof. ( Presenting along with 2 very high calibre Real Estate people). There will be some 100 real estate people there, ~gulp~ so the butterflies are building steadily. I don't mind to share my knowledge, as I am sure someone will benefit. It seems that most real estate people are slow on the uptake of technology - guess I will have to show them what to do in 2002 :-)

The Molly Adventures - Quiet week this week. (Sorry Molly) Sunday was BAS day, thanks alot ATO, so we really didn't get to do too much. Had time to clean up Mollys room though and get rid of those "Baby Toys" and we made a big pile. Never mind as this week will be a biggy - MOLLY'S 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY! So, of course, next week there will be plenty of pics. Lucky girl will be getting a pinyada (how do you spell that? One of those things the kids belt open with a stick...) and a Mixy Cake! Swimming lessons went well Tue at Chandler, and we got there in plenty of time to watch the kids in the diving pool. Wow! They were really good! Lessons went well, and Molly can now float on her back by herself. What a champ!
