Festival on the weekend ? Again this year, it was PACKED
with people enjoying the entertainment and festivitites. The
first thing we saw as we walked to Musgrave Park was the smoke
wafting above the teaming crowds from the Greek cooking going
on everywhere! Yes, there were a few familiar faces in the crowds
also (Hi again to everyone I saw) - I am sure a great day was
had by all. Isn't life great ? Living close with close access
to all these great events in the local area?

The
Molly Adventures
- Oh, I mucked up the snorkel pic lasy week. Here
it is again if you ,missed it -~funnny~ The only kid who baths
with a snorkel on! This week we had a GREAT time at the Greek
Festival
at South Brisbane. My first mission was to wear Molly out ! We
did a great job, by heading straight over to the "kids corner".
Well, we went on nearly everything
there was. Merry
go round, Jumping
castle, ferris
wheel (kids size of course), bugs,
space
ships , you name it - even had time to play "sillies"
on the Barbie car. Then it was over to "sideshow alley"
for some duck catching , and dart throwing to win some prizes.
Lunch on the picnic blanket with a selection of Greek temptations
for everyone. Molly is the only 4 year old I have ever seen eat
olives! "Dad, please put me on your shoulders.." was
the request as the day wore on, and someone fell asleep
in the back seat on the way home :-) Another day - another "adventure".
Tennis, dancing and swimming all as per usual this week. Next
week we are off to the park.
