Well, first of all, a very warm "welcome" if this is your first email newsletter from me.

To everyone else, apologies for the absence of emails for the last two weeks. My Mum was diagnosed with cancer on the 17th July, so I travelled back to the family home to support her and the rest of the family immediately. It happened all quite of a sudden. She underwent surgery within a few days. Thankfully the surgeon says the operation appears to be a complete success. The "C" word can strike fear into the hearts of family and friends of those diagnosed. Its amazing how much you can learn about a subject in a week when it is affecting you situation. Mum is back home and recovering well. Thank you to everyone who has already wished us all the best. Simone was left to hold the fort, and did a great job in my absence. However the email thing did not happen, but all is back to normal now.

Well, I came back on sold two auctions under the hammer on Saturday. I'm back firing on all cylinders, but now I am seriously looking for more properties to sell! Can you help me? Please drop me a line if you know anyone who is thinking of selling - I would really appreciate it.
