Hope you had a great week? Our week here with RE/MAX and brisbanehomes.com.au was fantastic thanks! As per normal, there just never seems to be enough time to do everything - you won't find anyone standing by idle at our office - that's for sure!

Well I had some funny emails last week, like people asking where were the new listings? Its been a dilemma for us of course, but thankfully this week there have been some more good properties which have come on. I hope there will be something of interest for you? Please send me an email or call if anything catches the eye. If you know of anyone who wants to sell - please let me know!

I had several people last week email me regarding the idea of including maps with the property listings. Thanks for the idea - we are always looking to give you what you want if possible, so keep the ideas flowing in. I have passed these comments re. the mapping on to the company who hosts our property listings, but this is actually an issue we have been trying to resolve with them for some time now - I will keep you posted on any developments there. Feel free to email email them to let them know your thoughts with respect to maps. I will personally look into getting something directly onto the brisbanehomes.com.au site if possible (after phase two of the site is launched - it's so close to finished now, but I still hate to put "when" time frame on it, because it seems to always take longer than you would imagine...)

We have organized a meeting on Thursday with a town planning consultant to discuss the new "City Plan". Hopefully I will be well informed of all the changes and new rules as a result. If there are any questions you have regarding the new City Plan, then please email me by Thursday 5.30pm and I will do my best to get an answer from the consultant directly.

Did you see two weeks ago, that the New Yorker apartment I had was under contract? Well, it fell over last week because the buyers could not get the finance. They thought they would have no problems - good jobs, some equity etc. They overstepped the mark because they didn't get their finance sorted first - I think in the end they were actually quite embarrassed. Have you got your finance sorted out for your next purchase? It certainly pays to talk to the right people. I've looked into it - you can actually save thousands of dollars with the right loan product, regardless whether you are a first homebuyer or an seasoned investor. When you visit one lending institution they naturally will try to "sell" you into their product as they have nothing else to offer. As a service to you, I have sourced and now recommend a broker who will find you the best loan arrangement to suit your needs from a large variety of banks and lending institutions. Best thing is that there is no fee for this service - it's free. Ralph Woods, the managing director from Tristar Financial Services is the person who can service all your home loan needs - you can email here and Ralph will contact you. Or just give me a call if you would like more info or a brochure.

Virtual Tours - Please visit http://www.brisbanehomes.com.au and click on virtual tours.

If you like what you see… Please recommend my service to others thinking of buying or selling…there is no better advertising than your personal referral & I would be grateful for your support. Thank you to those that already forward these emails!  If you have received this e-mail via "fwd" then please email me to make sure you "get on the list" and receive the info without fail every time it is sent!

This email has just a small selection of properties we have available - please follow the next link and then click "properties" link to see all RE/MAX Southbank listings - http://www.brisbanehomes.com.au

Please email me peter@brisbanehomes.com.au if you have any comments or suggestions with respect to this service. I welcome any ideas that you may have or anything that you would like to see included.

Regards
