Multiple offers. With the current "hot market", nearly every property is selling with more than one buyer offering for the property. If you are in a multiple offer situation, here is my advice. Pay the full price (if you feel it is worth it). If you are willing to pay the full price and still want to be as sure as possible of obtaining the property I suggest to pay more than full price as your insurance. If you are willing to pay the price, it is just as likely the next buyer is too.
Are you a first homebuyer? Want $14,000 for free? Click here. Bottom line is if you are a fhb and buy a new property or build on land then you are eligible for the new grant.
