Yes, they were a bit "glary", so I've changed them. Is this better now? Sorry for the "lateness" of this weeks newsletter. I do pride myself on consistency as I know people wait eagerly for their info every week. However after getting home at 11pm after a Christmas function at "Little Tokyo" last night, I did NOT feel like writing this email ! I figured I could be one day out this week, Christmas coming and all. People often ask me "how do I do it". Most are not aware of the amount of time involved in the production of this email. Well believe it or not, there is about 3-4 hours work every week, done outside of normal office hours. Here is what happens. Check emails, update database, export contact info, delete old list, import new list into emailer program, rename save and upload last weeks email to web site, write text, insert links, search for external urls, download pics from camera, resize, edit if required, rename and upload to web site, spellcheck (sometimes!), load new email onto site, check all links are working, then send. Phew! Writing is the easy bit, its all the other "stuff" that takes the time, but I know most everyone appreciates the house picture links as it makes life easier.

The Molly Adventures - Another hectic social week this week. Friday was Christmas party at Grosvenor Hall (Molly's Childcare Centre). Santa was there of course. Then there was her dancing Christmas party on Sat afternoon in the park, with another appearance of Santa. On Sunday, the Wallmer clan had a Christmas bash at Orleigh Park. This was geared for the kids, right next to the playground, so the adults could relax a little too. Molly had a ball with her little friends, playing on the swings, watching the boats go by, face painting etc. I think her highlight though was blowing bubbles at the passers by along the waterfront. Check the look on their faces when the guy on the jet ski came up to say Gidday! Thanks whoever you were... Tuesday I managed again to finish early to take my little girl to the park for a play. Life is good :-)
